A basketball skills contest for kids 8-13 years of age

Shooting - Each Contestant Gets 6 Shots 4 free throw shots at a distance from the basket according to age: (8 & 9: 11 feet; 10 & 11: 13 feet; 12 & 13: 15 feet) 2 shots from anywhere outside of the key. 10 points awarded for each basket made.
Passing - 6 Passes at a 12” Diameter Target 36” Above the Floor 3 Direct Passes and 3 Bounce Passes from a marked line. Contestant allowed one step to the line. Distance to target varies according to age: (8 & 9: 12 feet; 10 & 11: 15 feet; 12 and 13:18 feet) 8 points awarded each time the target is hit.
Dribbling – Timed Dribble Through a Prescribed Course Course is a straight line 32 feet long with 4 obstacles 8 feet apart. Contestant dribbles ball, weaving around (one side then the other) each obstacle, circling the last one and returning back through the course in the same weaving fashion. Starting with 75 points, 3 points are deducted for each second of elapsed time.
